Whatsapp Community has maximum capacity limit of 2000 members.

It has an announcement group, in which if a message is posted, that message will be posted to all the group members of that community.

Each community can have many groups, apart from announcement group and each group can have maximum 1024 members.

You can join any community here, and choose to join the group that has available space. Announcement group is joined by default.

We use this community to keep similar category groups in one place and announce important things at once to all the members of that comunity. 

Or choose to share a specific group related information in that specific group only so other groups members are not getting a notification.

So if you join a community, sometimes you might get some extra notification that you may consider irrelevant. Learn to make use of it, or share with your friends who will find it relevant or kindly ignore it.

You may leave a group or a community at any time you want or join back anytime you want, if there is a soace available.

You may also choose to keep the groups and community notifications in mute so that you can check it at your convenience.

Whatsapp channel does not have any limitation t the maximum capacit of audience.

Anybody can join the channel and get notified of the information we want to pass. 

It is a single way communication like a large broadcast database.

The new messages posted will not show as a notification in Whatsapp chat area. It has to be exclusively checked under updates.

And most of them might not do it. So we are not fond of channels.

It is all free. Anybody can utilise these services for free. We are not intending to charge it in the future.

It is up to the participant of each group to utilise the opportunities or announcements that are made to them.

We are only trying to make a student of BNYS more exposed to important opportunities that happen in the professional world so they are not ignorant when they complete their graduation.
